Getting Started
Welcome to Talksy. This guide walks you through everything you need to deploy AI-powered assistants across your customer communication channels.
Create your account
Sign up at talksyai.net/signup with your work email. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your address. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card required.
Complete onboarding
After email verification, you'll be guided through a quick onboarding flow where you'll set your company name and invite team members. You can always add more team members later from Settings.
Create your first AI assistant
Navigate to Assistants in the dashboard sidebar and click Create Assistant. Give it a name, define its personality, and set conversation instructions. Your assistant is now ready to connect to channels.
Connect a channel
Go to Channels and connect WhatsApp, Telegram or a phone number. Each channel has a guided setup flow. Once connected, assign your AI assistant and you're live.
Monitor and refine
Visit the Conversations page to watch your AI in action. Use Analytics to track performance. Upload more content to your Knowledge Base to improve answer quality over time.
