Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talksy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Talksy provides a platform for deploying AI-powered conversational assistants across channels including WhatsApp, Telegram and voice calls. The Service includes dashboard tools for managing assistants, knowledge bases, analytics, and team collaboration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you process through the Service. We process conversation data solely to provide the Service and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Billing and Payments

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with a limited usage allowance; no payment details are required to start. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement. Plans include a monthly allowance of messages and voice minutes; service pauses once an allowance is exhausted until the next billing period or an upgrade. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
