Pricing questions
What does the free trial include?
14 days with no credit card: 200 messages, 30 voice minutes, up to 2 assistants, 1 phone number and 10 knowledge-base documents (10 MB). You choose a plan when the trial ends.
What happens if I reach my plan limit?
Your assistants pause until the next billing cycle. There are no overage charges, so you are never billed for usage you did not agree to. Upgrade if you need more.
What counts as a message?
Each reply your assistant sends on WhatsApp or Telegram counts as one message. Phone calls are measured separately, in voice minutes.
Is the phone number included?
Yes. Numbers are included in the plan with no per-number fee: 1 on Starter, 2 on Growth and 5 on Scale. US and Canadian local numbers are instant; UK numbers need proof of address before activation.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
No. You connect your own Meta app, so Meta bills WhatsApp message fees to your Meta account at its own rates, with no Talksy markup. Since October 1, 2026, Meta gives each business number 1,000 free service messages a month.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.
Do I need a separate phone or telecom account?
No. Phone numbers are searched, bought and assigned inside the Talksy dashboard.
