Account Settings

Configure your personal account and company settings from the Settings page in your dashboard.

Profile Settings

• Full name — Update your display name used across the platform.
• Email — Your login email. Changing it requires re-verification.
• Password — Change your password at any time. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

Company Settings

• Company name — Displayed in the dashboard and used in communications.
• Data management — Export or manage your company data from Settings > Data.

Security

• Session management — Use the "Remember me" option at login to stay signed in on trusted devices. On shared devices, leave it unchecked to auto-expire your session when the browser closes.
• Password reset — If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a reset code via email.

Data Export

You can export your conversation data, analytics, and knowledge base content from Settings > Data. Exports are generated as downloadable files. This is useful for backups, compliance, or migrating data.
